• Weekend stay for a family wedding

  The property was clean and comfortable. My husband was delighted that he could go to the beach with the supplied beach chairs and towels while the rest of us went shopping.

  The kitchen was supplied with everything we might need .

  Overall nice house in a nice area. We would give it five stars except for the too soft mattresses in some of the bedrooms. Would love to stay there again, maybe bring a mattress topper.

• Venice Beach stay 2023

  Home was in a good location to beaches and restaurants. The home is very clean. Debbie the property manager was very fast to respond and meet any needs voiced. The maintenance and cleaning staff was very efficient as well. The supplies provided do need a little updated - there were only 2 kitchen towels and only 2 pots that were in okay condition - the others were worn and handle was rotted. The master king bed mattress could use replacement. The dishes were adequate as far as plates and cups. The dryer did not dry well and took us forever to dry any beach towels or bath towels. Overall a good home but some things really do need updates and fixed for comfort, safety, and necessity for use. The garage is tight and small compared to the description - I don’t think there is anyway more than one vehicle could fit and we had to pull up to one inch of the refrigerator in garage to get the garage door closed each time. We could not walk around our vehicle in the garage with the door closed at all. We had a regular size van and had to maneuver through the middle.

  I am both sorry and surprised to hear you had trouble drying all your towels since the cleaning crew and the guests after your visit did not mention an issue. I will check into it. Regarding the parking area, we have been able to fit a total of 3 cars on the property, two in the 2-car garage and a third for larger vehicles in the driveway. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to make the garage space any bigger. Thank you for your comments and suggestions which we always appreciate."

  Our family of 5 had a very nice stay here over 3 nights while visiting family. House was clean and spacious. Having ability to use garage with remote was a great perk. Immediate neighborhood is pleasant enough, but it is a short drive to get to most attractions, beaches, shops, etc.

  It was a spacious, welcoming , clean home with all the necessities needed to give us a great family stay. Thank you to our contact person who helped with adaptations for my fragrance sensitivity. It was very helpful and I had a great , happy stay in this home.
