  This home is a perfect getaway for couples or families looking for a tranquil vacation. We loved the backyard and didn't want to leave. This house is fully equipped with everything you need. This little gem is hidden in a peaceful neighborhood where all you hear are the birds chirping.

  Not clean and poor was always cold due to plants blocking the sun.

  - We're sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue. This is the first time we've received such feedback, and we'll be addressing this with our cleaning company to ensure it doesn't happen again.
  - Regarding the pool, our house faces east, so the sun reaches the pool area from midday until sunset. The hedge around the pool provides privacy from neighboring houses, which many guests appreciate. Except for the hedge, the plants do not block the sun

• rental for soccer tournament

  Rented with my son and one of his teammates for a soccer tournament at the Tampa Sports Plex, so we each had our own bedroom and the boys shared one of the bathrooms. House was clean and exactly like the pictures and description. Neighborhood was safe; we took a daily walk and people were friendly. It was a little too early in the year to use the pool which was still a little chilly, but we enjoyed the back patio and lanai. The kitchen was clean and perfect for the meals we made at the house. Only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the pots and pans and plastic storage containers as they were pretty scratched up, but they got the job done.

  I must say this was one of the best places we found for our holiday vacation. Very clean and spacious. Nice light and airy decor throughout. Much larger than pictures show. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Felt like our own private hotel suite. Nearby everything and only about 30 minutes from Tampa Airport. Highly recommended this home away from home!!!
