Overall great
4/5 We had a great time. The property is in a perfect location, it was quiet and overall really nice. Property management was responsive. Some complaints we would have is the cleanliness. We didn’t complain to management because it was “fine” but if you really looked closely it was pretty dirty. Baseboards were filthy. Like probably years worth of dust and dirt. Areas around sink faucets very dirty. Also, for the price I would think they would supply just a few more items - more than one roll of toilet paper, maybe some more staples for every day use. Also, thinking maybe the couch should be upgraded as it’s very old and rickety. But we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it was fine for us.

Great Vacation with Friends
5/5 The condo had a perfect location being close to the ocean, close to a wonderful heated pool, and next door to a great ice cream shop. it was centrally located and close to St Petersburg and walkable to John's pass and several restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the chairs on the deck were comfortable but the sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry was quite large with plenty of room for all the goodies you bring with you!

Beach Getaway
5/5 We have stayed at Sunset Vista several times and this is our first time in this unit. Pros: The unit is decorated nicely, with plenty of kitchen ware. Four beach towels were provided, along with 3 beach chairs. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and grocery nearby. Cons: The only negative was the washer machine made a loud noise when used, but it does work. Easy to check in, and would recommend this unit.

Relaxing family holiday

Nice January Getaway
5/5 Easily found on VRBO, local itrips rep communicated early and often, responsive to questions, offered local discounts on attractions. Great location and we enjoyed the unit.
