  We loved everything about this property! It was clean, comfortable and it had all the amenities you need! Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants was a plus! The owner was a great communicator and we will definitely be coming back!

• Outstanding Condo on the Beach

  We loved our stay at this beachfront condo just steps from the sand and with gorgeous Gulf views. Birdsong 17 is beautifully decorated, has extremely comfortable furniture, is very well stocked, and is bright and sunny with amazing views from every window. We especially enjoyed that the condo is on the ground floor so no dealing with stairs or elevators. Truly feels like home away from home. The location on Gulf Blvd is perfect. Easy walk by beach or blvd to many restaurants, bars and shops. A Publix market conveniently located across the street. There is a trolley stop close by for trips to St. Pete Beach, Johns Pass, or all the way to Clearwater.

  The owners have thought of everything to provide their guests with an enjoyable stay, and we loved everything about our visit. We can't way to go back!

• Great little place for a slow stay on the gulf

  Excellent location, pretty quiet place right on the beach. Nice amount of beach stuff for you to borrow. The room was very clean, well maintained if not the most up to date but the important stuff is what was done well and matters most.

  The owners were very considerate, we were allowed early check-in and left alone, a friendly reminder text to see how things were going is nice to know they know you're there.

  Check out is as easy as can be, we didn't make a mess so we were easy too.

  Thanks again, we will look to bring the kids next time for a beach visit.

• We Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

  We planned our trip a few months back, and everything went smoothly and efficiently. This little condo was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in the Madeira, Redington, Treasure Island area, and we will definitely be back! It’s right on the beach… you literally walk out your front door to the left and you see beautiful dunes, with several different trails to take to the beach. It’s a little adventure! It’s a perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets of the Gulf. Everything in the suite was super clean, and there were lots of amenities to enjoy. It’s decorated beautifully, and the owners definitely made the best use of the space! Communication with the management company, as well as the owner Karen, was really great. They did everything to make our stay wonderful, and even though the weather wasn’t great, we had one of the best times ever! We will definitely rent again!

  This was our first visit to the Treasure Island area. We absolutely loved it. Our hosts were very welcoming and they have a wonderful condo. It was so welcoming and clean and perfect for our 5 nights. They thought of everything and provided a nice informational book to tell about the unit, things to do in the area and restaurants that were close by. It was an easy walk to the beach and we will definitely be back!
