  Hi Juan, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad you found the property’s location ideal, but we're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We want to address the following.
  -We understand that mattress comfort can vary by individual preference. We've received positive feedback from other guests about the beds, but we’ll monitor this closely and consider replacing the mattress.
  -Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and toilet paper, with extra supplies available in the linen closet. Moving forward, we’ll ensure additional towels are also stored in the master bedroom for added convenience.
  -In an effort to keep the space decluttered, we’ve opted not to include clocks in the home, as many guests rely on their cell phones for this purpose. However, we’ll take your feedback into consideration.
  -We apologize for the water backup in the second bathroom. We will have this issue addressed promptly to prevent it from happening again.
  -We take pest control very seriously. Our pest service will be visiting the property to ensure that any issues with roaches in the kitchen and garage are resolved.

• The Villages - Slice of Elegance

  This was a last minute trip for my grandmothers funeral & we needed a pet friendly/3 bedroom home to fit all of us & this fit the specs. A little further than I'd hope (needed to be closer to Spanish Springs/family in Santo Domingo) but WELL worth the extra few minute drive. The house interior was impeccable. Pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen was there for use. Large & definitely enough space to have a few extra family members over for dinner/lunch after funeral. Loved the island - the extra counter space on main counter. There was plenty of plates and stuff to use! Everything was well stocked on all levels. The openness of the entire house was great. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The 2 guest bedrooms were spacious & very comfy beds! Plenty of linens for all parties. The guest bathroom was nice and again decently stocked. The master bedroom & on suite bathroom was well,AMAZING. Again, plenty of linens/towels & OMG the closet spaces! Yes 2 large walk in closets. Wish we could've used the lanai more but was to hot & humid to enjoy! BUT it is enclosed/has a ceiling fan, so the evening was a better time to enjoy a glass or 2 of wine! It's spacious & comfy chairs. Great size garage to park the car outta the Florida sun. The use of washer/drier is ALWAYS A HUGE PLUS! It was also stocked with basic cleaning supplies. Nice and quiet neighborhood. I have starred this home as a absolute definite to return too!

  The use of washer/drier is ALWAYS A HUGE PLUS! It was also stocked with basic cleaning supplies. The few neighbors we chatted with were very friendly. Nice and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of ceiling fans to keep the air moving and the AC was great! On a funny note - so many light switches, sometimes it looked like a disco trying to figure out what switch was what! And the cute little play ball for the pup we had with us was a huge hit - so much that one was ordered and sent home before we left! I have starred this home as a absolute definite to return too! Even just the master suite alone! :)

• Great home & perfect The Villages location

  The home was very nice w/ an excellent layout, well maintained & well stocked. The central location in The Villages made was perfect for shopping, dining & entertainment w/ easy access to both Morse & Buena Vista Drives.
