4/5 nice house. only downside was limited TV service. Only had Roku tv with limited options.

4/5 It was a Family Christmas stay while we visited family in The :Villages . The 3 bedrooms/3 baths sold us on house. Basically it was clean but lacking character--mix match of worn towels, no soap in showers, no hair dryers, no paper towels. The 3rd bath toilet had not been cleaned with yellow water rings and "short"hairs on seat...ugh! When Evolve agent was contacted about red light on refridge water dispenser, was told "I don't know anything about that. That's owners job"--no offer to replace with new filter so we didn't use that water! tHERE Was FOR SALE sign up in front window so I think they were only renting part time, providing minimal service. The FOR SALE came down the minute we walked in so we wouldn't have realtors walking through!

great location
4/5 House was very nice, clean, seemed almost new. Our only big complaint was the bed in the master was super soft, we had to move to the guest room. Only other thing, would love a tv in the master, one tv is not enough for our family.

Peaceful getaway
5/5 We had a very delightful and peaceful stay. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our property manager was very helpful and responded immediately to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.
