5/5 The villa was beautifully furnished and very clean. Great amenities. Location perfect. Definitely would visit again. Local contact very responsive. Communication with Evolve poor as was their listing for the property. VRBO has always been my go to for services. Would not want to deal again with Evolve again.

4/5 Not a good first impression. Had to walk around weeds to get in door, porch had not been swept in months. The worse was the knitted sheets. Inside was clean but had not been freshened up before we came. Was a great location for us. Over all okay but not great.

Total Loss
1/5 Our first sight when we opened the door was a filthy carpet. The house smelled strongly of gas fumes which gave me a headache. There was mold on the shower curtain, the toilet leaked, the second bed was un-useable and the master bed sheets were pilled. The cupboards were full of left-over spices and the garage was half full of junk, leaving no room for a golf cart. Some of the furniture was broken. We left after one night. Our contact at Evolve said she would recommend removing this house from the list and would try to get us a refund, but we have not heard anything about that yet.
