  I selected this property as I was visiting my son who recently relocated to Tampa. The location was ideal in that it was only .5 miles away from his residence, making it easy to connect with him. The property does look exactly like the photos. It's a eclectic in decor, perhaps a bit crammed in the main living room areas but otherwise spacious. My review of "not ready for primetime" is based on that the fact that we selected this property on location / size alone, as there were no previous reviews as it I believe it is a new VRBO property. 48 hours prior to arrival I messaged the host multiple times with no response and had to contact VRBO directly to reach out to him. I finally heard back via a text once I arrived in Tampa, but already had the info from VRBO.On arrival, we accessed the unit and frankly, it wasn't very tidy. The kitchen counters were not clean and upon using the bathrooms there was no extra toilet paper, nor where there adequate shower/bath products available in both bathrooms for all of us over our 3 night stay. The gathering space on the patio is nice; however the fire pit didn't work and is need of repair, despite propane being in the tank. Two nights into our stay, we needed additional garbage bags and they were no were to be found and had to use grocery bags to dispose of our take-out food items, etc. Overall, the property was adequate but attention to details overlooked.

While the property was thoroughly cleaned and stocked with two rolls of toilet paper as part of our standard amenities, we regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We proactively shared where additional supplies could be found in the closet, but understand they were difficult to locate. Given the three-day stay, the guest opted to purchase extra supplies from the store. Your input is invaluable, and we’re continually working to enhance every aspect of the guest experience for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
