  Locked out for 40 mins do to malfunctioning lock. Grill filthy. Down stairs bedrooms had to share a bath do to unusable bathroom. 2 ground fault plugs not working. Several light bulbs out. Dishwasher door broken. Toilet in children’s bathroom runs. Outside furniture filthy. Not suitable for anyone who cant do stairs. Master bedroom up 20 stairs. Loose pavers around pool dangerous. All family members complained about how uncomfortable the beds were

  Hi Vincent, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
  - When you reached out to make us aware of your concerns about the lock, we promptly responded to further assist you. It was determined upon the property manager's arrival that the locks were fully functional but had been locked from the inside and you could not remember your access code to regain entry. Our property manager promptly assisted you with the access code to remedy the issue.
  - We sincerely apologize for the oversight with the grill. Upon being notified, we provided you with a quick remedy to address the issue.
  - We appreciate you bringing the issues with the outlets to our attention. It was determined upon inspection that two outlets had tripped and required resetting, this was done by pushing the reset button on the outlet box.
  - This property is 8,000 square feet with 96 lightbulbs in total. We will work to locate and replace the few lightbulbs that need attention.
  - We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the running toilet and the broken dishwasher door. We want to kindly note that we were not previously made aware of these issues.
  - Please note that our outdoor patio furniture is regularly cleaned after each guest's departure. However, due to its placement outside, under trees, and exposure to the elements, it may accumulate tree sediments, leaves, and other natural debris rather quickly. We will further evaluate how they are stored in between guest stays.
  - This property has two master suites—one conveniently located on the first floor and the other nestled upstairs. As you peruse our photos, you'll easily spot the inviting staircase.
  - In our property description, we've noted that a small number of pavers near the pool may be loose due to the presence of the extensive root system from nearby 100+-year-old trees. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are committed to maintaining the safety and beauty of our outdoor space.
  - We were surprised to learn about any issues with the beds, as this is the first time it has been brought to our attention. Our beds are all less than 3 years old and feature Serta Comfort Sleeper mattresses, complemented by extra thick mattress pads and luxurious 100% combed cotton linens. Please be assured that we diligently wash all bedding after each guest's stay to ensure a fresh and comfortable experience for all.

  This property was ideally located for our family to attend a local event. Mike, the contact person, was very helpful and responsive about questions. This is an older home in a great neighborhood that felt very safe. The only significant adjustment we had to make was the two downstairs bedrooms shared one bathroom- you have to plan for that. Otherwise, everyone was comfortable and very spacious.
