Great location!
5/5 Convenient location not too far and not too close to South Beach. Easy access to I-95, Turnpike and Hard Rock Stadium. Will stay again!
Good choice in sunny isles!
5/5 The condo was clean, true to pictures, and very well stocked. It was a little confusing checking in and parking but we soon got the routine. The building has nice amenities, coffee shop, and convenience store in lobby. It’s a good location with easy beach access and central to miami or the other beaches. There were no noise or crowd issues.
Not as expected
3/5 Spacious unit, no hot water in the second shower.Stove doesn’t work, A/C in master bedroom not great. The property manager is aware of all issues, is very responsive, however, isn’t making appropriate repairs for guests in a timely fashion.Would not recommend.

- We spoke to the person who deals with condo issues and they confirmed that the hot water has been fixed
- I did ask that the stove issue be looked at immediately and have it taken care of as soon as possible
- We specify that if any issues arise guests are to contact Victor immediately to take care of these concerns, issues or problems

5/5 Property was beautiful, awesome view, clean and conveniently located. Property manager, Victor, was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Only note I would add: the parking structure is a bit of a walk from the Condo and Valet parking (overnight) is $25. No big deal for a weekend but would get expensive for a week stay. The association could make a fortune offering a golf cart shuttle! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Too expensive for what was provided.
2/5 No hot water in 2nd bathroom, blinds did not cover windows in all rooms so sun came in very early, AC didn’t work well, especially at night, dishwasher not working well. No garage opener for 1st night had to pay for parking
