  • Location, location & location.

    The most remarkable thing about our stay was the excellent location of the apartment as it is steps from the beach and with immediate access from the facilities; the building belongs to the Ramada Hotel and although it is being renovated, it is noted that there have been no recent investments, much less in the maintenance required by the leased unit. Lack of basic appliances for cooking, deterioration of some furniture, old sheets and deterioration due to continuous use and little maintenance to improve the experience of the renter. The owner of the apartment responded promptly to our call at the time of check-in and immediately sent us to the cleaning person because the unit was not habitable the day we arrived.
