3/5 The studio was ok, however the first thing we saw outside our window was construction. we were not told this was going on. the view was of the ocean overlooking the pool which was very nice. our biggest complaint was that the tv did not work the 2 weeks we were there. my husband spent a lot of his time calling the owner, cable co., and going to the association to try to get this fixed. we were sent back and forth and never did get this resolved. also we told the owner the toilet seat was broken and again nothing was done. there is no oven although it says there is. no hair dryer or coffee pot. (really)!!!!! you have to pay to park your car and of course tip the valet. it gets pricey if you go in and out a couple times a day. the beach and pool are wonderful with drinks and food right there.

Additional daily parking fee
4/5 In the VRBO advertising this property lists parking is included. It is not, and there is a 20 dollar a day fee to park your car. Room was adequate, but it would have been really helpful to have some instructions from the property manager. We Had to fen for ourselves.
