  I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at this property in Sunny Isles, Florida. While the location appeared promising with its beachfront access, the property's condition was subpar. The back of the property was neglected and unattractive, which was quite different from the beachfront view.

  Furthermore, our stay was marred by the host's behavior, as she came across as harassing regarding the number of guests she assumed we had. This added unnecessary stress to my stay and left a negative impression. This made it difficult to want to stay. I spent a total of 4 hours at this property. I had to spend extra money on a new property so I would feel comfortable the rest of my stay.

  Overall, this Evolve property fell far short of our expectations due to both the property's condition and the host's behavior. I cannot recommend this place and would rate it with 1 star based on my disappointing experience."

  The location directly on the beach was excellent. The unit was clean and well appointed. The pool was clean and heated with plenty of lounge chairs available.

  After reading other reviews we were under the impression that there would be more restaurants and stores within walking distance. We ended up using our rental car more than we expected. It was a last minute decision to rent a car and we were glad that we did. The area is highly congested and both walking and driving are a bit difficult if you're not accustomed to it.

  I tried communicating with the owner upon arrival with a few questions but received no response. Communication with the couple who lived there and seemed to be "in charge" was difficult as they did not speak English. There was no office, no luggage storage, and no changing facilities or restrooms to use in the case of an early arrival or late departure.

  All in all a good week. 85 degrees and sunny every day!!

  Steps from de beach and the apartement is recicled and really clean. Neightboors sometimes noisy but at night no problem, really quiet.

  Localização ótima mas para chegar até dentro do apartamento foi horrível precisa ter muita paciência e ter força para abrir e fechar a porta, foi muito ruim para achar onde estava a chave da porta , o lugar è maravilhoso .

• Super cute studio, great location. Close to the ocean and within walking distance to so much!

  We were there for my sisters graduation. We were able to walk to so many places for breakfast and lunch. The studio was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We didn't have much beach time available for us to enjoy but the room was equipped with everything you would need for the perfect beach day. So happy we found this property and we didn't just go with the typical hotel for our stay. Best part is we paid less per night than some of our family members and we had everything you miss when in a hotel. Highly recommend
