Overall good stay. Convenient for the location of the race we were doing. Cute older house. Fit our family of 6 good. But The fold out couches could use an upgrade on mattress or foam pad. When we arrived there were also no sheets in closet for the fold out couch and had to call management (responded quickly) who needed to give us a code to get into their extra linen closet. Also parking onsite says 3 but if you have anything other then a small car it is a very tight 2 car parking(we had a suv and Truck) in the skinny back alley. Street parking is not directly near the house, it’s down off the side street a bit. Just some useful information for future visitors. The front of the house could use a porch cleaning and yard clean up, it’s over grown. Just some things that would bring this property up another notch had we known ahead of time. Overall convenient, nice stay.

From the Owner: "Thanks so much for the feedback and sorry again about the lack of sheets for the pullout. We will definitely look into an improved mattress for the pullout and will have her gardener attend to the front yard immediately. Thank you!"
We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location was perfect! My only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses. Otherwise, we really like this place and would like to come back next year for three weeks. Thanks.

From the owner: ''So glad you enjoyed your stay. New mattresses are on order and will be in place for your next visit. Glad our place feels like your home away from home!''
The house is in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the waterfront with our dog. The house is fenced in, which is great for the dog. A nice deck. Everything about this home rental was wonderful except for the bedding. I would encourage the owner to update/upgrade the mattresses and pillows. Other than that, all was good.
From the owner: "Thank you and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We get mixed reviews on the mattresses - some like soft and some like firm. But mixed reviews are not what we like to see! New mattresses and pillows are on our shopping list for this weekend!"
The house is smallish but cute. Enjoyed the location near the water as well as close to restaurants and shops, and we felt fairly easy walking distance into town. Comfortable bed, good towels, decent bathroom.
A few suggestions - the kitchen utensils need to be seriously upgraded. Very limited cooking pots and pans, some very old and dirty. No good knives. No grilling utensils. No pot holders. We stayed a week and didn't want to eat out every night but it was very difficult to cook a good meal with what was provided. Also, we tried to grill a steak and the propane tank ran out halfway through. Had to finish in the oven but could find no suitable pan and had to improvise.
Could never find any lights for the back deck - looks like there may be motion lights but they never came on. Umbrella was broken in several places. Would be nice to have a sofa or a couple of chaised out there as we enjoyed sitting there in the nice weather in the late afternoon when we weren't out and about.

From the owner: "Thanks so much for your suggestions. Immediately turning these into a shopping list! (It's funny, the house was my mother's and you sound exactly like my husband every time he tried to cook! I thought we'd gotten it appropriately stocked up, but it looks like we still have some work to do!) I hope you'll visit again and will find the house perfectly equipped!"
Lovely bungalow in a beautiful downtown neighborhood. Convenient to everything St. Pete has to offer! We enjoyed the outside patio and well stocked kitchen.
