  This was a nice place to stay. We had a few issues, but the overall experience was very good.

  Pros: House was clean! All appliances worked. No smells or critters. Yard looked good.

  The maintenance team we called came over within 30 minutes to get the gas grill working, and brought extra tank of propane. We were impressed. Ample Parking off street.

  I would rent this place again, without hesitation. We had a great time, the TV's worked in every room and we were able to use our streaming services. AC worked GREAT, as it got hot outside.

  Cons: The grill needed a good cleaning before we could use it. We left it better than we found it, for sure. The lights and fans on the patio were inoperable. The maintenance team could not get them to work, either. The ceiling fan in the living room could not be controlled with remote, and only had one speed and no light control. If the fan was on, the light was on.

  All things considered, it was a great rental and we would go again.

  The place was very nice and clean , had a lot of rooms . But the con’s was the manage never answered email or message, the Wi-Fi never work, the outside lights and fans didn’t work . But over all it was very all nice place. We go again…..

• Dirty home, not an enjoyable stay

  The home looks great in the pictures but we did not have an enjoyable stay. Here are the issues we encountered: - We looked forward to playing pool since the pictures showed a pool table. Both pool sticks were broken when we arrived. Emailed the property manager and was told we would get them the next day. Didn't hear back so had to reach out to the property manager again and was told he couldn't find any locally and would have to order them. - The floors were dirty...so dirty they made our feet black on the bottoms if we walked around without sandals on. - The floors in the laundry room were gross with dust and dirt on them very visible and easy to see. - There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door to the master bathroom with a huge hair on it. Disgusting. - The front of the refrigerator was dirty with hand prints and gross stuff on the front. The microwave was dirty on the inside and outside. - The back patio furniture was so gross noone would sit on it. The bench by the lake is rotting away. The fountain is covered in moldy green slime. - We had just enough towels for each of our guests. No extras. I don't know why the cleaning fee is over $300 because the house is quite small and it was gross.We definitely would not stay here again.

  Hi Kyle, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
  We did not know that the billiard pool sticks were broken until you informed us about it. Our property manager did not find a new replacement in the local stores, so we had to order it through Amazon but unfortunately did not arrive on time during your stay. We have informed our cleaners to check on these amenities before guests check in to make sure this will not happen again. It had been raining in the past few weeks and our yard maintenance person was out of town, so the backyard fountain was not taken care however, we have talked to our yard guy and made sure the water fountain is clean and working moving forward. We do clean the patio furniture once a week but will look into repairing the cover due to wear and tear. We will also be replacing the bench this summer. As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials like towels, and once that amount is out, we ask that you reach out to us so we can supply more. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the cabin is cleaned upon your arrival, we have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since.
  Thank you for bringing these items/concerns to our attention. Rest assured that we have brought this up with our property manager and cleaning team so it will not happen again in the future. We hope that you will give us a second chance in your future trips to St Petersburg, FL.

• Long Weekend Getaway with friends

  The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with the guys. We cooked pretty much every day, and it had a large common space for us to all hang out comfortably. Check in was easy. and this house is great for a vacation with friends or family.
