Nice bungalow

Overall, enjoyed stay at this property. Suspect photos posted slightly enhanced physical condition of interior and exterior. Interior was clean and tidy. For me, there were too many extra furnishings that presented clutter. Great to have a washer/dryer unit in structure. Came in handy. Larger refrigerator was a surprise. Did not find extra bath towels as detailed in arrival instructions. Otherwise, check in/out when well. Property manager had left good detailed notes. Our biggest hassle was with third party administrator - Evolve. Our confirmation went through upon making reservations. We were to receive checkin instructions 24 hours prior to arrival. Never received an email. Had trouble logging onto their site and difficulty creating an account. They had limited help options in their menu so kept getting routed back to the main menu. No phone contact listed. Finally, found a number after searching the web. Fortunately, agent was able to send checkin instructions couple hours prior to our arrival. Bit frustrating while traveling and having to reach out to them. Have book several Vbro reservations. Never had issue like this and never dealt with Evolve. In the end, all worked out.
