Marvelous house
4/5 The only reason this house did not get a 5 star was that the air flow for heating and cooling is disrupted by a door between the kitchen and the upstairs. As a result the upstairs was hot and the downstairs cold, although leaving the door open helped. The house was fantastic as is the property manager who supplied us with water because the filter in the fridge was broken. The manager helped in every way possible. The location was perfect for us: close enough to get to everything but out enough to be quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again. Not sure exactly how Evolve got into the mix but they posted a notice to my calendar that our stay was to be in SD, which we love but we definitely wanted to be in FL. VRBO provided the assurance we needed that it was a glitch on their end.
