Perfect for our family of 4 2 adults 2 kids (8 and 4).
5/5 This place was great for our family of 4. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach (path is located directly out of the home). Right next to the beautiful pool. Note that the primary bedroom is on the living level with the living room and kitchen. Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the basement level where the main entrance is. At first we were concerned that our kids would be on a different floor and that the kids bedroom is directly in front of the main entrance, but we had our baby monitors to keep an eye on them (I also saw a police cruiser most nights near the entrance of the complex which made me feel even more safe). Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for the week. Dumpster is nearby to bring trash. We loved having breakfast outside. Two beachchairs, boogy board, soccer and football were included for the beach. Dishwasher didn't wash great, so we hand washed. Primary bedroom is very spacious. Furniture is quality, not IKEA junk. All tvs were smart and had all of the popular streaming apps. Publix is right down the street, Walmart and target are just over 10 mins away. Diverse food options all around. Quick drive to Fiesta Falls mini golf, this was my kids favorite-Cone heads ice cream was excellent too right around the corner.

Our goal was to make the condo nice for people to enjoy and want to come back again and again. Thanks for bringing the dishwasher to our attention. We will have it checked. Also, we will address the issue of the kids being downstairs as we also have small children that will be downstairs too. The monitor sounds like a great idea or even additional door security.
