Great Location and Beautiful home
5/5 Our stay was excellent. Everything worked in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and you can see the lighthouse from the back yard. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The home has a great open concept living area. The kitchen is large and beautiful. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. There is only 1tv, located in the living room and they provide 6 towels which you can wash in the on site washer dryer, if needed. We would definitely book this home again. The property manager was very responsive.

Dirty House
2/5 The house on the outside was cute but we didn't receive check-in information until I called Evolve two hours before and they said they forgot to send it. When we arrived in the house there were bugs on one of the pillows, in both of the showers and the beds were not made with pillowcases. The towels were stained and the comforters were covered in white thick stains... Also we took our shoes off upon arriving and within minutes, our feet were black from the dirty musty floors. I sent a formal complaint via message and never received a response till a day later and they said I was wrong and wouldn't accept the complaint. Sure the house is old so there's going to be some bumps, but it was clear it was not cleaned for our arrival.

Stay away
1/5 My review is cutWe stayed from Thursday- Tuesday and to say it has been the worst VRBO/ EVOLVE experience my family and I have ever had is a total understatement.
We arrived around 11pm. Took a look around the house and first thing we noticed was that there was dirt on the floor. They were filthy and appeared not to have even been swept or mopped . I went out back to check the hot tub and found construction debris on the ground leading to the deck, a paint tray and roller laying on the ground and the deck freshly painted. I go back inside and find the door leading to the garage unlocked so I went in and found the garage door unlocked and no way to secure it. Ended up moving an old fridge over to keep the door from being pulled up.
Left an email for the manager who replied right away with apologies and that Marvin the Maintenance man would be out first thing in the morning to address our concerns. We are a family of 5 and there were only 5 towels in the house. 1 bath mat for 2 bathrooms. The listing claims that it sleeps 8 people, however there weren’t pillow cases on all of the pillows, and no spare pillow cases or sheets anywhere to be found.marvin and Rebecca were great. Everyone else sucked

Lovely Home and Great Location
5/5 We absolutely loved this place! It’s just minutes away from great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and the charming old district. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine!
