OMG I am in Love!!
5/5 Pulling up you see this teal little bungalow and when you enter it is like a hug from grandma. My sister and I took my grandchildren down to Saint Augustine for a week and this little cottage was perfect for all of us. It is conveniently located to everything. It had every creature feature you needed. No clocks but who needs them when you are running on beach time. One tv but then again we were out and about so we didnt really miss it. I did try to sweep up but couldn't find a dust pan so I do apologize about the little piles of dirt. You cannot go wrong for this price or this location its perfect. And to the next guests we bought a little table grill and we left it behind for y'all to enjoy!!

2/5 Property has great potential. Communication with property managers was very poor. I have sent an email and full information to evolve and manager team. Still awaiting a reply.

Charming Old Florida House
5/5 My husband and I had fun exploring the house. Property was clean and well maintained. Spent the evenings enjoying the porch. Had a mixup with the code to access the house the 1st day but after only 5min on the phone we were in. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!
