Great for a family/friends gathering
5/5 This St. Augustine home has a great location and wonderful space for a large gathering of family or friends. The house layout is great and there are multiple areas for spending time together. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The property manager was excellent - very responsive to all questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wedding Rental House
5/5 My daughter was getting married at The White Room in Saint Augustine, and we decided we wanted to stay nearby. I rented this house for my family, which included my husband and me, my four children, two spouses, and two grandchildren. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house is beautiful, comfortable, very well stocked, and has plenty of parking. The beds were very comfortable and we loved staying here. The location was excellent. We will be back.

4/5 We had 10 in our group, traveling to St. Augustine for the first time. We arrived after traveling from a wedding in Savannah, a little later than planned. Upon entering the alarm went off, which we weren’t made aware of. After searching house for alarm pad we were able to turn off. Not a big deal, but might want to put that important info in the checkin instructions.
House was very nicely furnished and very roomy for our large group.
We had some trouble with the Smart TV in the home theatre room and couldn’t use for first two days, however the owners sent their son to assist, and after an hour or so he was able to fix the problem and get it working.
House is about a 20-25 minute walk across the bridge to historic St Augustine.
Some of us drove & some walked. Beautiful walk.
It was definitely a great trip & would stay at this house again, if ever back in the area.
Wonderful Property!
5/5 This house was the perfect location in St. Augustine! It wasn’t too far of a walk to the popular restaurant and bars, and only a short drive to the beach! The house itself was very spacious and had great amenities!
