• A Wonderful Place to Stay - June 2024

  This little beach condo was so cute and located so close to the beach!!

  - The owner of the condo was prompt in messaging back when needed.

  - The mattress was very soft, but we actually enjoyed sinking into bed after a long day.

  - When we went (in June 2024), there was not a lot of people there, and it was very quiet!

  - It’s right across the street from some cool dining options!

  Overall, St. Augustine is a great place to go, and this place was a great place to stay!!

  Pro-tip: there is a visitor parking lot close to the beach pool that will shorten the walk from the condo to the beach by a lot.

• Issue with the Evolve as the management Service

  The property was acceptable. However, we purchased breakfast items and they were covered with ants overnight. I reported it to our hose, was supposed to put in a Maintenace ticket but that that no one ever came to as we had ants until the day before we left and all our food needed to go in the refrigerator. When I reported the issue to Evovle when we got home, they refused to accept my text conversation with the host as proof of the problem and closed our case. I would be very hesitant to us use VRBO with host services in the future.

  The unit was small and clean. Next to the main road and about a 10-15 min. Walk to beach. There were no beach chairs. Bed was very uncomfortable for us. Kitchen was a bit bare as far as supplies. no tea kettle and a few coffee filters would be nice so we didn’t have to buy 100. Nice washer and dryer.
