The house was spacious and close to down town but the street was kind of lower income. Definitely not fancy. Not enough cook ware. Back yard empty and dangerous if you have kids *I have no small children but would not let them play in back of house)nothing in back no table no chairs no swings no patio no porch- edges of yard perimeter sloped down Hard to get back in house. No for older people with bad bullace, Best parts very clean, spacious, great shower in master bedroom large but no seat which it has room for. Bad parts back yard, block house is on limited cookware TV and remoted do not work, expensive for what you get compared to other VRBO properties I have stayed in. over 500 for two nights and towels course small like hand towels They could do much better with towels soap shampoo etc for the price

We loved our stay here in St Augustine. The house was lovely and updated and had tons of space! The furniture was so comfortable. After leaving St Augustine, we travelled to Disney World and we kept saying “man I wish we could have the Set Augustine VRBO furniture here with us!” We would love to stay here again if we’re ever back in St Augustine.

The stay was absolutely amazing! Beautiful and cozy! Great for multi families. Had great games and activities for the kiddos! The location was perfect, close to the beach as well as historic St.Augustine. The contact person was so nice and helpful! Highly, highly recommended!
The house was great!! Only thing that we seen that was wrong with this house was the floors. It needed to be clean. We had a 11 month old baby that was crawling and his legs and feet were very dirty from the floor. Wasn’t noticeable to the eye. But with a infant crawling we did.

Property was lovely and spacious. Tucked away but super close to downtown and outlets. There were nice little details like hotel sized soaps and shampoos. Master shower was magnificent. Our only complaint is the little neighbor woman was a bit loomy, always walking the street carrying her dog and when I tried to email them about a missing component for the Wii I never got a response. However, when I texted Aaron about having left some pillows behind he answered immediately, so if you need to get in touch about anything dont be shy to text him rather than email. Overall this was a fabulous place for me and my parents and grandfather to relax after touring the old city. You wont be dissapointed.
