Everything was exactly as stated in listing, the house was spacious enough to accommodate our family. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this home. Very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood nice and close to the tourist areas but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle.
My husband and I hosted the TropiCon Book Expo & Writing Convention in St. Augustine and needed a calming place to stay that could house our family of 6 including 3 kids and my mother in law with dementia.
I saw another review cover that if you have kids and elderly to avoid this place. I'm glad I took a chance on this house anyway.
If you plan to play in the back yard, don't. The hump of what appears to be a septic system takes up the whole back yard, but as we weren't there for our kids to play in the back yard or have our elderly grandma go out back, we were all good. The threshold of the front door has a small lip, but if you help your littles or elderly cross the threshold, you're okay.
We loved the open, simple floor plan. Very walker/wheelchair friendly if your elderly relative needs to push one or ride in one through the house. The halls and spaces were wide enough. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower in the master bath and it was ideal if you need to bathe a handicapped person as well.
It was a very quiet, cozy and comfortable place to take refuge between the days of hosting the event and we will absolutely stay again.
We travel a lot and when we do homes, we want clean, comfortable, mobility, spacious, plenty of cooking utensils, clean linens, access to washer/dryer.
The only thing this home didn't have was body wash or laundry detergent but we brought our own.
Very well cared for and cleaned home.
The property exceeded all my expectations. Having a garage was critical to park my small fishing boat. I have already booked another stay and look forward to returning.

The house was spacious and close to down town but the street was kind of lower income. Definitely not fancy. Not enough cook ware. Back yard empty and dangerous if you have kids *I have no small children but would not let them play in back of house)nothing in back no table no chairs no swings no patio no porch- edges of yard perimeter sloped down Hard to get back in house. No for older people with bad bullace, Best parts very clean, spacious, great shower in master bedroom large but no seat which it has room for. Bad parts back yard, block house is on limited cookware TV and remoted do not work, expensive for what you get compared to other VRBO properties I have stayed in. over 500 for two nights and towels course small like hand towels They could do much better with towels soap shampoo etc for the price
