Family Vacation
5/5 I booked this for some family time while in St Augustine for a wedding. Three siblings, a girlfriend, and our 84 year old mom. It was a perfect location on the Inter-coastal waterway and a short walk to the beautiful, nearly empty beaches in mid April. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, not party central, however there is a Boat Club next door, no functions during our stay, but they do rent their space. fyi The property managers were attentive to our needs, with immediate responses to our inquiries. My family and I had a great visit and would stay here again.

Good stay.
4/5 Loved the location, roominess of the home & outdoor space. Very comfortable bed. Needs a little fresh paint & TLC. Turned over the table runner, caked with food. Never figured out the tv & poor water pressure.

3/5 This property needs serious attention. The towels and sheets are substandard. Icemaker didnt work, poor water pressure in kitchen. We brought steaks to grill. The grill was so filthy, had to cart the steaks home.

3/5 House was nice and clean. Not enough towels, needs a bath mat. Also Keurig doesn’t work and the water pressure is really low.
