  Location was excellent for our trip. Nice property. Several lights in the room were inoperative and TV did not work with remote. Bed sloped on one side.

  We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the lights in your room and the TV remote. Upon investigation, it appears there may have been confusion regarding the TV's functionality, as it seems some guests have encountered difficulty switching between streaming and cable channels. To address this, we will be replacing the smart TV with a more straightforward model without built-in apps.
  
  Regarding the issue with the bed sloping on one side, we regret that this was not brought to our attention during your stay. Rest assured, we will thoroughly inspect the bed and address any necessary adjustments to ensure our guests' comfort moving forward.

  There were no complementary toiletries as I was told by Connie. So when we got in and decided to be, there was no soap or shampoo or conditioner small problem that provided a pretty big inconvenience. Coffee was opened. It wasn’t like a Keurig, where everything was sealed and it was used by multiple gas before hand. Pool closes at dusk. When I asked I was told it was open late. The place is sold with amenities but you’re not allowed to use the heated pool. The marshmallow roasting fire pit, the gym or anything else. We only had access to the cold pool in the hot tub. The hot tub was lovely.! Other than those small downsides, the state was great. There is no stove or dishwasher.. they did have a blow dryer and an iron. I didn’t like that. The ad sold that you had all these upscale amenities and you weren’t allowed to use the gym. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub is great closes at dusk.

  - To clarify, we do provide toiletries, and we can confirm they were provided for your stay. Our cleaning crew takes photos after every cleaning is completed to ensure that essential amenities, including toiletries, are stocked for our guests.
  - Some of the amenities in the resort are unavailable to short-term rental guests, and we apologize for any confusion this caused. We'll ensure that we communicate this more effectively in our listing so our guests are aware before they book their reservations.
  - Since the rental is a studio, it can only accommodate a kitchenette. The listing details what's included, but we appreciate your thoughts on this and will consider how we can enhance our guests' experience even in a compact setting.
