Phenomenal stay!
5/5 This place was absolutely perfect in every way. The host was extremely accommodating. He reached out by phone a few days before and offered a lot of information regarding the area and recommended some excellent restaurants and leisure places since we weren’t very familiar with the area. The place was clean and spacious and had lots of extra amenities that are usually not present in this type of rental such as wine, condiments, detergent, paper plates, plastic cups, disposable cutlery etc,etc,etc….It was a very short walk to the beach and there were even some beach cruising bicycles in the garage. Conveniently located (only about a 5 minute drive to the downtown area). The view was spectacular from every floor in the house. I can honestly say this host set the bar very high compared to any short term rental we’ve ever stayed in! We will definitely be returning to this location when we travel back to St. Augustine.

Great vacation home!
5/5 Easy Breezy was a beautiful home in a great location. Beach was a 5 min walk away and 10 min drive into downtown St. Augustine. Also close to two great restaurants, The Reef and The Caps. The home was spacious as described and true to the photos. The home was immaculate and well appointed. There were a number of nice unexpected touches (paper plates, Keurig with cups, enough shampoo and lovely soap for our duration, plenty of beach towels) that made our stay more of a breeze. Jason was great to communicate with. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Highly recommend this home.
