Perfect everything!
5/5 This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults, 2 kids)! The location was great - just over the bridge and outside the mess of downtown St. Augustine. Lots of good restaurants nearby and not far from the beach. The AC stayed nice and cold for the hot summer, but there is only a fan in the master BR. The dining room had a nice, long table that seated everyone comfortably. So often you see rentals that sleep 12 people with a dining table for 4! Not the case here. The beds and pillows were comfortable, too. The house has lots of windows and the natural light was nice - but bring a sleep mask if you need complete darkness to sleep.

5/5 This was our 4th year staying because we love it so much. It has everything we need and there is plenty of room for everyone.

Great Family Fun Time.
5/5 House was very nice, great neighborhood, close to many great restaurants. The bikes are great to use. Pool was nice. (Does need more shade) overall very comfortable
