Extra Dirty
1/5 We arrived with water flowing through the kitchen from the fridge. There was a dirty mop bucket full of nasty water and smeared dog pop on the front porch. The home was so dirty we left three days early. We have reported this the the St. Augustine vacation rental board. The photos are totally inaccurate, were is the grass in the over grown backyard, were are the four cruiser bikes. How about sanitizing and deep cleaning the home, were not sure the windows have ever been cleaned. We both felt like we were being bit when sitting on the couches. overall just a very dirty and misleading pots of home. VRBO should make sure all photos are kept up to date with time stamps.

- We strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- When you reached out we promptly responded. You made us aware that there was a small leak from the ice-maker hose but stated you are a plumber and had taken care of it.
- Saint Augustine followed up with us and reported the claims made were unfounded.
- We were at the property ourselves just prior to your stay for a week and a half and completed maintenance and cleaning, so we were surprised by your comments about the cleanliness, no fecal matter was found on the front porch before or since your stay.
- The grass length is typical for this time of year in Florida, but we're truly sorry your stay did not meet your expectations.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Great home in the heart if Lincolnville neighborhood! Perfect for our family of 4 plus our dog!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay at Sue Casa! It was clean, comfy and inviting! The bathroom is huge and the towels are nice and soft. Kitchen is well stocked! Playground is literally 5 steps from the back yard which was great for our kids and dog! A 5 min drive into St Augustine proper was easy! We will be back! Thank you!

5/5 We had a great stay at Sue Casa. The home was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it only took 8-10 minutes to get to downtown St Augustine. The home was clean and just as described. Perfect for myself, my husband and our 17-year-old son. If we plan a trip back, we will definitely be staying here.

Perfect with two teens and our old dogs
5/5 The property was well stocked, and the layout worked well with our small group. The fenced backyard was great, and we took lots of long walks through the neighborhood. Great washer and dryer helped ease the sadness of ending our vacation when we were able to unpack without having to do laundry when we got home.
