We left after one night
1/5 No heat trailer in terrible shape 41 degrees on arrival with no heat Cold shower and water cut off at 10am

Phyllis, we are sorry your stay fell flat of your expectations. We have passed along your comments to the homeowner. We apologize for the cold arrival you experienced but we have confirmed that there are two brand new heaters in the unit that are working properly once turned on inside the residence. Likewise, the hot water is running with no issue. All the cabins have recently gone through renovations within the last year or two with major updates including flooring. Due to a new water system installed in the park, there was a necessary repair that needed to be made which required the water to be shut off temporarily to the whole park. We regret that this scheduled maintenance coincided with your stay. The owner takes great pride in providing optimal stays for guests.
