The view is amazing, but the rest not so much. I would have preferred an additional seat other than the futon, it was very uncomfortable. Although empathized "no smoking", someone had smoked in the trailer and there was even an ashtray on a table in the living room. I saw roaches and a sock in the living room. I checked out after one night.

I wanted a place of peace, where I could have access to great hiking trails. That is exactly what I got. It has everything you need, and the lake is a really great view to wake up to. I haven't seen the stars so clearly at night since I've been underway in the Navy. Just be aware that although you are basically next to Ocala National Forest, all of the State Parks in Ocala National Forest are like 20 mins away from each other. I had a great time, and hope to come back.

The accomodations are simple but complete, including a great wooden deck a stone's throw from the lake. The location and character of the place is what made our stay so wonderful. Right on edge of the Ocala National Forest, it is 7 miles from crystalline Juniper Springs where you can hike, kayak or canoe through a Jurassic Park like environment filled with wildlife.
