Basic needs stay
3/5 In a summary, this would be good stay for a minimalist: plenty of room, close drive to the beach and pier, full kitchen but electric stove cooktop (so if you are used to gas allow extra cook time). Also states there is a grill for outdoor cooking, but this is referring to a small charcoal grill sitting in the ground which is about the size of a globe.
The place seemed clean, but we were visited by 2 insect friends (roaches) in the kitchen during our stay. Backyard seemed unkept, so the sunroom is about as far as we would venture.
The area surrounding the place is not pretty, but the neighbors on either side were nice. We didn’t encounter any issues with anyone though, it may just be an aspect of living in a tourist town (which we aren’t used to). Having a garage helped with the feeling of security while loading/unloading and commuting.
Beds and baths were good for what we needed. Upstairs bathroom had a towel rack falling out of the wall when we arrived. Kitchen utensils, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs & laundry soap were all a bit on the skimpy side.
Everything was very basic needs, and that’s it. Price is good, and the place has potential if invested in, but when I arrived expecting what I saw in the photos I felt disappointed.

Good deal for price
4/5 Overall, we had a good trip. The location is 15-30 minutes to the beach depending on traffic. The house is big and comfortable for a bigger group. We had a situation occur and the property manager was quick to respond.

Convenient, not quite accurate
4/5 Convenient location. Not quite accurate listing however. No king bed as listed, it’s a queen. It’d be hard to make a supper in kitchen. Pots & utensils, yes. Bowls, no. Ok for take out dining.
