Minor Inconveniences
3/5 The house and location overall are really nice.
Unfortunately the backyard was littered with dog poop when we arrived.
The dishwasher had cloudy/stinky water sitting in the base of it.
The thermostat was preconfigured to remain in certain ranges, which led to some uncomfortable nights.
The fence was really nice, but the gate did not have a lock or way to lock it.
Minus the issues listed above the rental was nice and met our needs. The neighbors were friendly as well.

- Our rental is pet-friendly, and we understand the importance of a clean space for everyone. Although we ask guests to pick up after their pets, unfortunately, that doesn't always happen, even with doggie bags provided. We also have a lawn service that helps keep the backyard clean for our guests.
- The dishwasher has been inspected and replaced to ensure everything is working smoothly. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
- Our thermostat settings are in place to ensure the health and safety of our HVAC unit, but we're always open to adjusting it to accommodate our guests' preferences. Just let our guest service team know, and we'll take care of it right away.
- We truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We're here to help and would have been more than happy to provide immediate assistance to make your experience more enjoyable.

5/5 We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location is perfect! Only 5 min from the beach and very close to everything including Dunkin Donuts! We will be back!
