  The house had some good and bad. The living room and dining room were nice and open and provided a good social area for morning breakfast and lunch. The pool area was really nice. Large pool with shallow and deep end (9-10ft). A nice sunroom and a short drive to the beach. The negatives were bedrooms do not have much storage space for clothes at all, one bed frame very weak on one side and lifted up when you sat at the edge of the bet. Bathrooms were okay. House could use a few cosmetic updates to increase the appeal.

• Great vacation home

  Enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Home was clean and fully furnished. Some minor repairs needed, but overall the home was in great condition.

  Had a nice weekend stay with my family. Lots of things to do in the area and of course the pool was fun. Many short drive restaurants of all kinds in the area.

  Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home. The layout of the bedrooms (all upstairs with 2 baths upstairs) and the roominess of the home far exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and so close to the beach, food establishments and entertainment. We did have an issue with the wiring of the air conditioning on day 1 but owner worked extremely hard (it was close to midnight) to get someone out that night to remedy the issue. The hot temps and extreme humidity work hard on A/C units as they work over-time to keep up but our overnight temp inside would cool to a crisp 69 degrees. The pool and outside grounds were well kept, yet it was too hot in July to really enjoy those amenities. My only suggestion would be to replace or add a topper to the Queen middle bedroom as the box springs are giving in the middle and add a griddle or extra large skillet for meal prep. (We purchased a griddle to use during our stay).

  The owner was extremely nice and very understanding with the A/C and like I said, he worked very hard to remedy the issue timely. You won't go wrong renting this home.
