5/5 The house and location were great. The dishwasher was full and it had a wooden spatula in it that had molded pretty badly.I put it in a ziplock bag and left it with our paperwork on the island in the kitchen.We re-washed the dishes because they had mold on them and we put them away.Overall we enjoyed the house and had a great summer break.Thanks for your hospitality!We would stay there again.

Not sure why you experienced mold because the cleaning service always washes the dishes, perhaps it was the humidity that built up from the previous renter until you came in. We have the best cleaning service in Vero and Sebastian, so it had to be due to humidity and heat build-up. I am sorry and will make sure the cleaners stop in before a rental to make sure this never happens again as they take great pride in their cleaning ability and even have their own line of cleaning products! Hope you come and visit soon."
Perfect accomodations
5/5 We were in Florida because of the death of our grandson. The accomodations were perfect to spend time with our son. The neighborhood was quiet, the view from the family room was very relaxing & the home was very clean & inviting. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Father’s Day Weekend
4/5 Nice house on the river and close to the beaches. It’s also a 8 minute drive to Captain Hirams where the guys went fishing. Only complaint is that there should be more lighting out by back of the home for better water views at night.
