Curb Appeal needs SERIOUS attention
1/5 We booked this remodeled home for 90 days. We turned onto the street (Florinda St) and looked at each other with disappointment. When we saw the house and the neighborhood we had knots in our stomach.
The interior of the home was just fine and as described. However, we rented the house including the yard. We clearly were dissatisfied and felt UNSAFE in the neighborhood surrounding the house so much so, that we would not sit/spend anytime outside. We notified EVOLVE and while they were sympathetic to us feeling unsafe told us that we would have to work it out with the host. The property owner/host called us to find out what the problem was and was somewhat helpful in that he allowed us to cancel after 30 days but was unwilling to refund any part of the first 30 days. Overall he was decent.

- The home is situated in a safe neighborhood, and we have not encountered any safety issues in the past.
- We empower potential guests by providing a map on the listing, encouraging them to carefully research the approximate location of the home to ensure alignment with their preferences before booking.
- As the property is accurately advertised, a refund wasn't warranted.
