  This property was perfect for 3 teachers on a summer vacation. Jenny was very easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and comfortable. I personally appreciated the labels for all the light switches and the ease of entry. We enjoyed the bike rides and watching movies late at night. We hope to come back to this property again!

  Easy entry, access to the beach, location was great. Nice king size beds, 3 bathrooms, great showers, nice size kitchen. Bunk beds worked well. Great size for a family or friends. Easily walked to the beach. The bikes worked well too. We loved it. Will be back again.

  Accommodated 5 of us perfectly! Awesome location, short walk to beach and coffee shop. The house had great seating and sleeping arrangements. The showers were so nice!! We loved every second. Also used the bikes which was so helpful! Loved it.

  We mostly loved our stay. They allowed for early check in which I was so grateful for to nap my toddler twins. The home is not equipped with basic things like hand soap, sponges, cleaning supplies, beach towels or chairs, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent , toilet paper , etc so we spent a lot of money when we got there buying basic things. The toilet was broken for 3 days with our waste in it, until they could come replace the toilet. All of that was still fine, however, upon checkout we received a scathing email from the owners accusing us of trashing the house which was completely untrue and uncalled for. We have 3 small kids and were also traveling with my elderly mother and ran a tight ship while we were there. We followed the checkout instructions but did not mop and vacuum on the final day or clean the counters. We did not move or break furniture , and we felt really offended by the accusation and tone of the email . But it's a pretty house, good location and neighborhood with a nice backyard fire pit.

  - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
  - We were notified late one night that a toilet was broken in the home and we immediately purchased a new one and had it replaced as soon as possible.
  - Unfortunately, the home was found in unsatisfactory condition and the cleaning team had to spend extra time preparing the home for the next guests after your stay. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also expect them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own.
