• Overall amazing stay

  Communication with the property manager was great. No trouble get in the house for check in. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The shower was a huge plus with the size of the shower and the temperature and pressure was great. Kitchen was big and nice. The master bed was very comfortable. Could tell they didn't go cheap on the mattress. I would have stayed longer and i will definitely check in next trip. Highly recommend

• Perfect for families

  The property was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and close to everything! The pool was a great size for our kids to play.

  The house was updated and clean. All ceramic tile throughout with no carpet, giving it more of a clean feeling! The house is split, having the kids rooms on one side of the house and the suite on the other. The master has the attached office and very large bath.

  We will definitely be returning! The host was easy to get ahold of and was more than accommodating for any questions we had!

• Great House With Awesome Amenities But Prepare for Fees

  This house is amazing! The kitchen is nice and equipped fairly well. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and having two full bathrooms was definitely worth while. The indoor pool and hot tub looked very nice. However, when we made the reservation we had not been informed of extra fees for the pool to be heated. It popped up on our final payment of the reservation and we turned it down because it was an extra $50 per day. Upon arrival, we were told there should have also been a hot tub fee and that we were only allowed to use it for an hour and a half per day. We chose not to use the amenities because we were busy attending a wedding and other events related. We also had to ensure the dishes used were washed and put away, any pool towels used were to be washed (which we did not need), the beds had to be stripped, and the trash had to be taken out. A tablet was brought to the house the day after we arrived that was supposed to be available for house automation and information, but our schedule of events did not allow us time to deal with it. The house is extremely comfortable and not far away from really great food and shopping. We were just disappointed that there were extra fees for things that were part of the rental property but considered separate and not disclosed until we had already paid, and we sort of felt like we had to do household chores that you should not have to do when you are paying such high cleaning costs that almost cost the same as the rent. Next time we will go with a better knowledge of how renting a house works. This was just not a great experience for us as first time renters. Maybe with our review others will go to the property informed and prepared.
