Terrible
1/5 Hot tub was broke pool pump wasn’t working no hot water in the master shower no matter how long it ran had to unclog the shower drain only three trash bags for 5 days and you were expected to take out the garbage outdoor kitchen vent didnt work and we had to clean the grill so it didn’t cause a grease fire. Kleenex all empty no napkins and only one roll of paper towels Couldn’t play ping pong paddles were broke. No directory for TV that was just a smart tv. No tv outside smart locks locked you out after 9 and the house is up for sale

Comfortable
4/5 Our stay was overall comfortable. The house was as pictured with a beautiful back yard. We stayed in April so the daytime temp was beautiful but the temp dropped in the evening hours. The pool and hot tub temp was set at 87 degrees but it was still a little cold for our likely with the outside temp being colder. We also ran out of a few of the amenities including toilet paper and had to remove the trash that the previous family left behind.
Good stay
4/5 The house was clean including the pool. There was a Walmart very close which was convenient. Evolve was very responsive however the person assigned to our stay was kind of difficult to get a hold of. I would recommend this property.

Safety Harbor is perfect!
4/5 Great location, great property. The other reviews mentioned trouble with heating the pool/hot tub and it was more complicated than expected but we figured it out. You can heat the hot tub or the pool, it would be nice if you could have the hot tub hot and the pool warm at the same time.
