Nice Stay, Just Some Complications
4/5 The house was really spacious to stay in and really nice. Located close enough near the beach and the inlet shops were very convenient. You’re right in the middle of everything which is nice as well. When we got to the house, the house cleaner must not have come by because none of the laundry from the previous stay was done. I had to wash all the towels sheets and blankets which took a while and vacuum the house. The screen door was also not on the door so we had to put it to the side. Otherwise, the house was super nice and the chairs bikes mini kayaks and umbrellas were very convenient to use. Only other small things we found odd is that the upstairs TV is slightly damaged at the top and that there is no way to turn on the fan in the living room. I appreciate evolve being so easy to reach out to and contact about any issues we had. Besides the house not being ready for when we arrived, this was a great stay.
Beautiful home close to the beach
5/5 This home was beautiful. The pool is literally 2 seconds from the home. The view was beautiful on both balconies. The beach is in walking distance. It is literally across the street. When you turn down the street to get to the house there is a urgent care, donut shop/coffee, and other shops in that plaza. The stores wasn’t far. This was definitely a great location. The home was 3 stories very spacious. The owners had beach equipments including bikes etc. This was a very nice neighborhood as well. If you are worried about the location it’s the perfect location not to far from Panama City Beach literally 10-15 minutes with traffic 30 minutes. The home have a gas grill and the rooftop balcony have a bathroom with a refrigerator in it and a propane firer pit. We really enjoyed our stay and will use this home again.
Worst house ever
1/5 We arrived at four. Could not get in until five. There weee 12 teenagers leaving and they trashed the home. Nothing worked. AC was froze up. No TV worked. Coffee maker was broke. Shower curtains were ripped off. Red stains everywhere. There was sperm in the beds. Red stains everywhere. Spoke with owner and the owner not only did not help, asked us to leave. He did not refund our money. VRBO kept the booking fee. We found another home and VRBO charged another booking fee. Never use evolve property management either.
