  • Reunion condo


    Management was good, solved all issues. All tv's did not work. It was a remote programming issue.

    Was locked out one evening since lock did not open. Corrected and given key.

    Home was sparcely furnished and not decorated. Flooring was not installed properly and left gaps. Kitchen was not equipped with adequate dishes and pots and pans for cooking. Did not have a full size coffee pot.

    Beds were old and not very supported. Mattresses were old.

    Condo was clean, but not up to Reunion resort standards. Need more carpet. Floor needs fixed and bedding needs replaced. Decorating did not make condo look homey. There were no pictures on any wall.

    Would not rent this condo next year. We come to this resort every year.

    -We are glad to hear that our management team promptly addressed and resolved the issues you encountered. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to remedy these issues.
    -We immediately contacted the TV cable provider who promptly dispatched a technician to address the issue, and it was resolved within a day of your availability. Additionally, we recently installed a new remote door lock, which is less than four months old. We were unaware of any difficulties with its functionality until now. It's worth noting that in certain instances, if the door is left unlocked, the lock may not indicate that the door is already open, leading to a misconception that the lock is not working. In such cases, simply opening the door resolves the situation.
    -We take pride in offering precise depictions of our property through professionally captured photos and detailed descriptions in our listing. We strongly advise guests to thoroughly review these visuals and descriptions to ensure that the property aligns with their expectations and suits their preferences.
    -Regarding the kitchen equipment, we appreciate your feedback and will review the inventory to ensure it meets the needs of our guests. We would like to mention that there is indeed a standard 12-cup coffee maker available in the unit. However, it is not displayed on the counter as many guests tend to prefer using the smaller Keurig. To maintain a tidy kitchen space and avoid clutter, we have placed the 12-cup coffee maker in a cupboard for easy access.
    -Although we strive to cater to the comfort of all our guests, we understand that mattress preferences can be subjective, and it's noteworthy that we have not encountered any similar complaints in the past.
    -We take cleanliness very seriously, and we are disappointed to hear that you felt the condo did not meet Reunion Resort standards in this regard. We employ a professional cleaning company to thoroughly sanitize the home between guests. Rest assured, your accommodation met our stringent cleanliness criteria prior to your check-in. We encourage guests to address any concerns during their stay so that we can promptly attend to and resolve any issues for a more comfortable experience.
