- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1806#
- To lock the door, press any number for 2 seconds. You will hear the bolt lock
- The code for both locks on the side of the property is 215
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items; do not leave anything in the refrigerator or inside the oven 
- Gather and take out the trash. Please place it in the appropriate bins on the side of the property
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Do not remove bed sheets from any used bed 
- Place all used towels in a pile in the garage. Do not put them in the bathtub 
- Make sure all beach equipment is rinsed before storing it. There is a hose next to the outdoor shower where the beach equipment is stored 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- A/C shall be left at 74 degrees before checking out 
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please do not put quilts or throws on the floor
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story home requires 2 steps to access
- The twin cot can be found in the closet of Bedroom 3
- Trash collection is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please take the BLUE trash bin (with blue lid) out to the end of the driveway the night before trash days (Mon & Thurs) after 6:00 PM. The bin is located on the side of the property. Please wheel the trash bin in after trash collection but before 6:00 PM to avoid any fines 
- Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays. Use the bin with the green lid.  Please take out bin to the end of the driveway on Tuesdays after 6:00 PM and return the bin by 6:00 PM on Wednesdays
- Beach access is on Gulf Blvd and 163rd Ave on the other side of the crosswalk 
- Included in the home is beach equipment (cart, beach chairs, umbrella, etc). We DO provide beach towels. We also provide children’s plates, cups, flatware, a Pack-n-Play, and a high chair
- There is a playground one and a half blocks from the property on 164th Ave and 1st St E
