First Time Renters
5/5 The only way this could have been better is if we could have accepted the owners invitation to go fishing! We originally rented Unit B, but my mom has hip issues and she wasn’t confident about the stairs. Ryan and his wife moved us to Unit A without hesitation when we arrived and realized the issue.
Both units were beautiful and homey. More room and close to the same price as the hotel room we were going to get. We were visiting family and when we come back we’ll stay here.

Unit preference
4/5 It was great, there are two units A&B We stayed in A and spent one night in B due to some thermostat issues in A. The owner resolved the next day. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. It was great to sit on the dock, fish and have a beer. Great place to unwind and enjoy your vacation. Unit A was equal to or better than any 5 Star hotel we have stayed in. We were visiting our grandchildren ( young adults and the extra bedroom made it nice.) Everything appeared to be new and very clean. We plan on booking it any time we stay in Port Richey.

On the water
5/5 Great location with easy access to the River and Gulf. Wonderful screened in porch to watch the activity along the River and close to Tarpon Springs for delicious Greek food
