  The apartment is very good for small family vacation. Very comfortable, with good views from windows. One issue is that the checkout rules are a bit too much. Removing bed sheets and no option to extend the 10.00 am checkout for at least one hour are bad indicators. Plus, poor communication from the person assigned as our contact.

We texted throughout your stay, and I never received a later check-out request from you. Usually, when guests ask for a check-out extension, I can accommodate them. Additionally, the departure instructions are standard for the vacation rental industry. I pride myself on being readily available for my guests to address any questions or concerns. • Quiet and Serene

  We were ready for a quiet and relaxing stay. Our apartment was very clean and furnished nicely; very comfortable for us. Our host was most helpful and responded within 5 min for the couple times we needed a little assistance. A beach wasn't even missed; watching the boats and dolphins daily was all we needed.

  Property was very nice. Clean. Nice linens in bedroom and bath. Did not have kitchen towels and some implements but was more than satisfactory for our stay. Did not like that we did not have a door to keep other tenants out of our area. A door would have helped the last night we were there as there was a child or children in the next unit and the noise came into our unit. Overall stay was satisfactory as we really only used the unit for sleeping.

We understand being able to have privacy during your stay is important to most guests, as we were unaware there was an issue with the door. There is a locked heavy door that separates the two units. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control neighbors or noise levels. Please always contact your host if you have any questions or concerns, before or during a stay. We can address them urgently when we are made aware. We really do want your experience to be perfect."
