    The house was very nice and the beds were good it was way too far from the beach though we liked the water out back but didn’t catch any fish .When we saw it on the web page it said beach was 3miles thats not true for real beach the beach is 40 minutes with out traffic and the were roaches in the house

Additionally, during spring break, traffic in the area can be heavier than usual, which might have contributed to longer travel times.
    -Regarding the issue with pests, we want to assure you that we take this matter seriously. We had a pest control company treat the property prior to your arrival and it's been confirmed there are no bugs or roaches in the home. Our guest contact is always available to address any issues or concerns you may encounter during your stay, and we encourage guests to reach out immediately for a comfortable experience.

  • Nice location and nice neighbors, but very disappointed with the house.

    Good location and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately, the place was under repair. New tile flooring in the living/kitchen area looked nice, but the carpets were badly stained. We were told this was due to a water heater leak that occurred over two months prior to our stay. However, it was obvious that the water leak did not contribute to many of the carpet stains in both bedrooms.The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I wish this was the case for the kitchen, but it was not. We found some dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirty utensils in the drawers; so we had to wash every dish, every utensil, and every pot and pan prior to use. We also found a blender in the lower cabinet that had been used and put away uncleaned. And since we did not need the blender, we just left it there as we found it. As we were cleaning the kitchen, we also tried to clean off some of the built-up grease from the oven hood. The top of the refrigerator needed cleaning as well, but we were not going to risk standing in a chair to do so.The kitchen was not stocked with a crock pot, a mixer, or large skillet/grindle when we arrived. But, thankfully, our contact was able to supply these items for us. During our stay for the month, we had to deal with ghost ants in both the master bathroom and kitchen, roaches in the kitchen, as well as work around and look at the unsightly construction tools and materials that were in the laundry area and under the carport.With some maintenance and upkeep, this house could be really nice.

It's important to note that some of the issues mentioned were a result of repairs being conducted by contractors, and steps have been taken to rectify any damage caused during this process.
    - We use a cleaning service to professionally clean the home prior to each guest stay. We wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to send the cleaning team back to the property to address your concerns. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
    - When made aware of your concerns, pest control was contacted promptly to address the presence of ghost ants and roaches. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
