Unpredictable host
2/5 Good location, good view, good library but very dated furnishings, a few cockroaches and a bit over-priced. Price is worse for 2023 when prices double. We enjoyed our stay but will not return because of host’s reaction to problems. Very friendly until one has a problem. He then either ignored them or become angry as he did when asked why house did not have a toilet plunger.

Extended Florida vacation
5/5 Peg and Paul are great hosts. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The house was extremely clean and is located on a very quiet street, close to everything Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Hope to stay again.

Peaceful Paradise!
5/5 We so enjoyed our winter in this lovely spot. Everything wasspotless when we arrived and were greeted with fresh flowers,a bottle of wine and brownies! Our hosts, Paul and Peg, go above and beyond to make certain everything is perfect. Thank you!Chris and Pam
