  My family and I have stayed at this same house 9 times over the last 12 years. I can say it has definitely gone downhill as new owners take over. Our most recent stay, July through August this year, there were many problems. Black mold in the bathroom downstairs and in the jets of the bathtub on main level. The master bedroom ceiling fan stopped working, toilet handle in bathroom on main level is broken, it will not reset. The WiFi kept going in and out and had to be reset several times. Outside water spout handle on deck is broken, have to use a towel to turn it on and off. Burned out light in closet downstairs that holds the broom/etc. The television in master bedroom has been removed with latest owners. As of now, the house is again up for sale. Hopefully new owners can remedy these issues. I suppose it is time to find a new place for vacation.

  -Since acquiring the property just over a year ago, we have implemented and continue to make several improvements, including new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave, to enhance the guest experience.
  -The master fan is working properly with the current guest. The TV in the master bedroom was removed by the previous owner.
  -The Wifi issues were caused by storms during your stay; no further issues have been reported this summer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  -A pet was brought into the property during your stay. Please note that we have a strict no-pets policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
  We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.

  What a lovely home. We chose it because it seemed to be just like us and it certainly was. Wonderful room layout the kitchen suited us so well and was so wonderfully appointed. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!!!

  We stayed at Sandy Shores II in Ponte Verda beach, Fl from Dec 27- New Year’s Day. The views from this house were breathtaking, especially in the Master Bedroom. There is so much light in the upstairs level! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The owners definitely add extras that you don’t normally get in rental ie large bottle Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash, box fan (for of us women who are of the certain age…this is helpful at night), starter coffee, creamer, hangers, bug spray and citronella candles…just to name a few. It was too cold to sit out on the beach but we did see beach chairs to use. There is a large book filled with area information including tours and menus from local restaurants. The owners even included their own recommendations. When we arrived there was a happy new years sign and champagne and glasses for us to celebrate the New year. It was such a special touch. Before our stay we received an email and were giving a local number to call if we had any problems. The owners are local and their assistant was so helpful and friendly. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
