Love the Beach and Ocean views
5/5 Great beach house with direct beach access. The house fits 2 couples very comfortably, with 2 kings and lower sitting area with mini kitchen. The home is supplied with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. It's an easy drive to downtown Saint Augustine or to great restaurants in Ponte Vedra.
Beautiful Beach House
5/5 The pictures are exactly as the house appears. The ocean views from every room are amazing. If you cannot handle steps, this is not for you. If you can come up a total of 16 steps to main level, you will be able to enjoy every view from this floor. Main level consists of kitchen and living room area, as are the primary bedroom and bathroom, which is amazing!! Bedroom upstairs also had twin beds and a full bath, which you can access from family room. Dining room seats 8 and breakfast room seat 6 with 3 bar stools available at sink area. No need to bring any cookware if you need to cook. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Deck off of family room and primary bedroom is accessible and run across the entire back of the house. A short walk down the deck to steps and you are on the beach. There is also another bedroom on lower level with a living room with sink on small refrigerator and has it's own entrance at street level. Another full bath is ajacent to the bedroom. 2 car garage has another refrigerator and wash sink and front loader washer/dryer is also available.
My only complaint is there are no remote controls for garage doors and there are key pads for entry to garage, but no code was provided. I brought this up to person managing property and she said did not know where I got the idea there were openers for garage doors. The books on the table in the family room with all the information on the house tell you that openers are left in the kitchen. She said none were available.
We would definitely rent home again and would recommend the area, truly beautiful!
