• Great stay and great location

  Stayed at this house for one week with my mother, sister and a small dog. The house was very clean, had all needed amenities and was perfect for our party. The backyard was fenced in and a nice place to relax after a long day. The laundry room was located outside of the main dwelling but once we located it it was no problem to use. The location is great with many restaurants and shopping walking distance. The property manager was also very responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this house to any groups staying in the Pompano area.

• Rodent problem & tenant on property

  The house was as expected until we saw some baby roaches in the bathroom. Then the next morning we heard a sound in the trash can and found out there was a rat in the trash and it ran behind the refrigerator. I tried to tell the company but they said since i didnt have photos then there was nothing they can do. Has anyone ever tried to capture a picture of a rat as it is scurrying away? Further more we didnt know until we arrived that there was a tenant that lived at the home as well. We kept seeing this vehicle posted outside of the house and we werent expecting anyone so it was very creepy i was about to call the cops until i realized that the carport door was where someone lived. It didnt really bother us we just wished we knew about it before hand.

Their inspection revealed no traces of rodents, and a trap was set for further confirmation, which yielded no results.   My dad,nephew and I flew done for the Dolphins game. We stayed 3 nights. The house was what we were looking for for our stay. We had plenty of room to relax and tv.

  The neighbor good but was a little loud at night but nothing to keep us awake.
