Cute Place
4/5 This is a cute well kept property. The linens and the house were clean upon arrival. The back yard is 100% sand, which my pets did not enjoy. There was also a strange smell coming from the neighbors back yard which made it difficult to stay outside.

5/5 Went for the weekend. Place was clean no pet odors. Three big comfy couches. No bugs. Has all required amenities. Basic place. Seems like they are just getting started. Worked for us!

Everything you need
4/5 The house has everything you need. Saying that, we needed to wash the bedding upon arrival because there was some hair on the sheets. The sofa and love set were okay but not really comfortable, the beds were okay but not real comfortable. It was a lesser priced house on VRBO and it was great that pets are allowed, for the price it was okay. We did have some plumbing issues and the team was there immediately to take care of the issue, so excellent work for that.
