We thought this house was very and clean and well furnished with nice decor. The little touches and things left for us, such as snack basket, coffee station, hospitality items, and games, were all truly appreciated! Both bathrooms were impressively clean! Nice appliances, too. Leslie was readily available with answers to my questions. She recommended some fun things to do and great places to eat! We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this house 10/10!!
Needed a rental close to my family in Pensacola and choosing this house was a great idea! Nice older neighborhood with minimal traffic. The house was extra clean and smelled fresh and looked inviting. Bed sheets were soft and clean along with the comforters. I could tell that they were freshly laundered, and I loved that aspect! Kitchen had everything I needed to prepare, cook, and store meals. The outdoor sitting area was nice to have especially with the provided firewood for the outdoor fire stand. Fenced in back area for privacy was great, too! My host was Leslie, and she was just the sweetest thing ever and very helpful during my stay. At one point I had locked myself out of the house. Leslie answered right away and I was inside in a matter of minutes. Fyi make sure not to punch the wrong door code in over and over or you will lock yourself out. My mistake and she was thoughtful about what I did and said alot of people do the same thing at many places. I have found my new spot for future stays in Pensacola!!
Loved this newly renovated house. Sparkling clean and smelled so fresh. Soft clean towels and sheets, too.
Coffee station and snacks were very appreciated after a long drive. The games were fun and we loved having a washer and dryer to use. Leslie, the host, was available and answered all of my questions without delay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was a very gracious host. We will book this house again!
Although me and my friends stayed for only a few nights, having a house to stay in at night felt nice. It was a pretty decent neighborhood. You could tell that the houses were old but had been renovated. This property was very nice on the inside and we enjoyed being a guest there. The stove was shattered however, the owners communicated that to us before hand. The next door neighbors were nice as well!! They bring us over extra toilet paper and everything! Over all it was a nice vacation.

The pictures of the house on the website were like it is. Loved the kitchen set up. Beds were comfortable. The people we had to contact were very nice. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the house when we arrived but the cleaning person did send her son and daughter to do some of the things that were needing to be done (they were very nice young people). Anyway, just some of the things that we found upon arrival were: Garbage was on the ground behind the bins ... including dirty diapers...it looked like...as well as broken glass. The recycle and garbage bins looked as it they weren't emptied in more than a week. The laundry room was messy and clothes were still in the washer... don't know how long they were in there but long enough that they didn't smell very good; dirty rugs in bathroom, gross garbage cans with garbage, dirty q-tips, and moldy paper towels in kitchen can, grease on kitchen floor, part of a condom wrapper on the bedside table, dirty towels and clothes in the closet, as well as other things not quite up to par. It did rain for a few days before we arrived so the patio was a mess and I had to sweep it off so we could sit out there to enjoy it. Grill was very dirty so we couldn't grill out . It would be nice to have access to cleaning supplies but nothing was there. Empty coffee container, water and used grounds was still in kerig as well as the water reservoir was slimy and gross and missing a filter. There were no trash bags and no dishwasher cleaner. They did give us more trash bags, though. We did go out and buy cleaner and I cleaned again and felt better after her daughter and I cleaned. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, nice fenced in yard. I guess we thought the house would be cleaner since there is a cleaning fee we have to pay, as well as the people before us, and yet we still had to clean it. There were other issues, but I won't list them all. We did take pictures of most of these things that I have written here. We don't mean to pick it apart like this, but this was obliviously not up to par.

Because of your feedback, the owner has addressed your concerns with the cleaning team and has asked they send photos after they complete a clean and do a full walk-thru of the house to ensure our high standards are being met. It is very unfortunate that these out-of-the-ordinary events occurred during your visit and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
