  Location was 5 minutes to the beach. To use the beach, be prepared to pay $25 parking fee for public beach (no pets allowed on beach.) Hope this helps someone booking. Property was clean, however; there were hairs on the pillows on the beds so we had to wash linens when we arrived, which was inconvenient. Property manager should clean up the backyard - particularly the mountains of leaves. No cutting board in the kitchen. Only tops of Tupperware, kind of odd. Use bleach when washing linens before tenants get there. Property needs new, fluffy bath towels: They were very used and thin, with holes in them. Overall, the property was satisfactory. The above things would make it better. Would go back, possibly.

• Perdido stay

  The condo was very nice, clean and was very accommodating for our dog. I would recommend the house to anyone that is hard sleeper. That being said my only negative comment would be the house has upstairs and downstairs units. So if your downstairs like we were you hope that the unit above has a light footed tenant because we we’re woke up late at night and way early in the morning with people stomping around. So stay in the up treehouse condo. It was a great experience other than that. We will return ASAP.

  Property was 5 minutes to the beach. Be prepared to pay $25 for beach parking. Beds had hairs on the pillowcases and in the sheets - it appeared to not be laundered. We had to wash the bedding upon arrival which was inconvenient. Property manager needs to blow the mountains of leaves away in the backyard and clean it up a little, the amount of leaves was hilarious. Bath towels need a refresh - They had holes in them, were worn very thin, and were too old. This unit needed more towels; there were only 4 towels, and two washcloths, two hand towels. Purchase more hand towels. No cutting board in the kitchen. No dish towels to dry dishes. Only tops of the Tupperware were present - kind of odd. Just throw them away, because there's no point. A nice touch would be paper towels, and extra toilet paper under the sinks. Stock Kleenex in the bathrooms also. Inexpensive, but convenient for guests. With the above things fixed, the property would be even better. Would consider staying again, possibly.

  Nunca fue y lo peor es que no entiendo por qué tengo que pagar casi 300 dólares por la limpieza si ella me hablo muy enojada por que le teníamos que dejar limpio? Pésima experiencia aparte también rentan en la parte de arriba y se escucha muy fuerte las pisadas mucho ruido y no dejan dormir no se los recomiendo
