Stocked Clean nicely decorated
4/5 I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and have never had as many thoughtful touches as this home provided. Usually you have the typical kitchen..scratched up pots pans, dishes, 1 trash bag,no spices no salt n pepper nothing but the basics. Not only were the pans new with not a scratch but there were spices, oil for cooking, extra paper plates, napkins, paper towels, extra trash bags, clothes and dishwasher detergents, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, baggies, containers for leftovers, many different coffee pods etc..Marissa also made two first aid containers with anything you could need. From bandaids, every type of medication, Tylenol, ibuprofen, antacids, you name it it was provided. I’ve never seen this. Even a bag of treats for your fur babies! The house is nicely decorated and clean. Anything you need from shampoo, conditioner, soap hair dryers, iron, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas,float, etc. I brought more than I needed because I wasn’t expecting so much provided. The backyard is fenced and shaded perfect for the dogs and people. Enclosed back patio perfect for morning coffee or just watching the dogs/kids play. The airport is close but you don’t hear the planes inside. Marissa is very helpful and text us before we arrived to let us know it was ready if we arrived early. Told us about places to go eat and bring your dogs if wanted. She is a hands on host and you can tell she wants you to have a great stay. I was very impressed because I usually don’t even hear from the host unless there’s a problem. I appreciate the extra care taken for her guest down to cookies left for us.

Places galore to eat and shop half way to gulf breeze beaches home was fully loaded with necessities very clean.
